Really great stay in an outstanding hotel. The reception was great and fairly clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was immaculate & warm. Lots of brilliant food for continental breakfast.

It was a very comfortable experience. Special service, obliging staff, awesome breakfast. The location was beautiful, not too far away from a prominent public square. The rooms were soundproof and bright. Easy check-out too.

Everything was first-class and spotless, I loved staff and location. It was across the shopping area. There were good beds and a safe, central heating and an iron inside the room.

No negatives from this place.

Location, light hotel, friendly efficient staff. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. A secluded beach, extraordinary view. Plus, a historic public square was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

Would recommend to anyone. It was very clean, everyone was professional! 10 minutes walk from central Palma de Mallorca. Booked table at Ritzi Palma, it's their onsite restaurant.

it deserves its 4 stars. we liked bo. for dinner, we went to el neo tapas & cocktails, it was minutes from the venue. all the breakfast staff were friendly.

There was no tea/coffee.
